# Justizministerium

Das **Justizministerium** ist für die Gesetzgebung innerhalb der Regierung sowie für die Organisation und Administration des Rechtsstaates zuständig. Als Teil der [Sozialbör-Regierung](/staat/regierung/sozialbor-regierung-aktuell.md) ist insbesondere das Schreiben von Gesetzeserklärungen in einfacher Sprache eine solche Zuständigkeit.
