Nach der Aussage „Du fetter Pedo“ klagte Herr Kevin Koch Frau Leonie Krispbär an. Das nachfolgende zivile Strafverfahren wurde durch Urteil beendet: Der Klage wurde zu Teilen zugestimmt, zivilrechtliche Ansprüche wurden abgeschmettert.

Nachdem tatsächlich Waffen gefunden wurden, erhob die Staatsanwaltschaft weder Anklage noch andere verjährungsunterbrechende Maßnahmen, sodass die Verjährung mit Ablauf des 23. Juni 2025 eintrat und ENZ13GE ohne Sachentscheid freigesprochen werden musste.
