# Roleplaygesetz

Das **Roleplaygesetz**, oder auch **RP-Gesetz**, ist ein von der [Bürokrateimo-Regierung](/staat/regierung/buerokrateimo-jan2025.md) eingeführtes Gesetz, das die strafrechtliche Belangbarkeit von RP-Charakteren und ihren *"Schauspielern"* trennt. RP-Charaktere, die im [HeNeVeZe](/staat/heneveze.md) offiziell angemeldet werden, gelten nach diesem Gesetz vor dem Rechtssystem als eigenständige Personen und werden im Falle von Straftaten nicht zu Geldstrafen für den Spieler, sondern zu Freiheitsstrafen verurteilt.
